Thrilled that the Element hotel is in a safe area and conveniently located. The lobby is bright, nicely appointed chic and stylish. Thomas at the front desk was welcoming. I'm so pleased with room which was extremely comfortable with lovely art work, bright, cheerful and modern with a comfortable bed and bedding. I highly recommend Element Knoxville West! The room was excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very clean hotel with great beds! Very friendly staff, comfortable surroundings. We believe that travelers deserve more than a place to stay. They need a place to thrive. We want our guests to start every day fresh, whether they're staying for a new nights or settling in for a few weeks.
