Property Description

I just wanted to give a specific thank you to the gentleman who helped me check in on Saturday, September 2nd around 8:30pm. I don't remember his name but I walked up and he checked me in quickly and everything was flawless. His customer service was excellent. Steph at front desk made my family and I feel welcome from the time we first walked in until the the day we checked out. He suggested restaurants and places to go in the area. He really helped to make our visit very comfortable by offering us bottled water and cookies. This was our first time in San Diego and we all said we will be back and when we do come back we are coming to the Double Tree and hopefully Steph will be there to greet us.
