Bar Casa Vale is a casual & inviting space cooking Spanish inspired cuisine over live coals in a large wood fired hearth. We use fresh ingredients and actively support local, artisan vendors and agriculture. We specialize in elaborate gin and tonics, creative sherry cocktails, and Spanish terroir-driven, eccentric natural wines and sherries. Book your private party for up to 40 guests on our cozy covered heated patio complete with a fire pit. Or have an energetic cocktail party for up to 120 guests with multiple bars, a tapas and pintxos counter, views of our wood fire kitchen, and private fire pit on our outdoor patio. Whatever your vision is, we are ready to make it happen and happy to work with you budget! Bar Casa Vale is a cozy, wood-fired, Spanish inspired restaurant. We built it to celebrate the bounty of the Pacific Northwest through the lens of tapas bars in Barcelona, sherry bodegas in Jerez, and pintxo crawls through San Sebastian. You will find only the freshest seafood from the Pacific Ocean, meats from our favorite northwest ranches, and vegetables grown on the farms located in the greater Portland area.  Our motto is simple: cooking perfect ingredients over hard wood creates the best tasting food.
